Bought a bike buy online curbside pick up got an email saying it was ready (bike was supposed to be built) drive there and they come out and say I can take it not built and in the box because their bike tech is at lunch. I refused the bike and had to go back again. If You have hours of your time to waste then this is the perfect place for you to shop.

I called the store first to see if they had the right size for a particular sneaker and was transferred 3 times. I had to ask for the manager. He was the fourth person I spoke to. His name was David . He was kind and patience as I explained what happened and told him what I was looking for. He went and found the sneaker in the right size and put it at register 5 for us and we drove in from Hamden, CT. To exchange them for the same sneaker we had purchased online. It was a simple exchange done with care anded professionalism at the end of the day.nThis is the 6th pair of sneaker we purchased for our family joint birthday party for 6 family members.
