Brittany was at the desk and it absolutely made my day. Very nice and friendly, not what I was expecting but she is a true gem. The room was great, clean, perfect. I recommend this place without hesitation.
Overall, nice place. Relatively new place. Rooms are okay. I was disappointed with the bathroom. The bottom of the tub looked dirty .... like it needed a good scrubbing.
Great service, good hotel as you would expect from Holiday Inn. A little old construction but the rest is great.
My family and I stay here when we going skiing at Thunder Ridge. It is only about 20 minutes from this hotel. So for me the location is key. There are a lot of choices for dinner near by and a nice mall with more eateries. I found the hotel very clean and the staff was very friendly. We also had breakfast here and both my picky eaters were able to find food they like. The indoor pool was a nice added treat.
Had to stay at this hotel for an overnight for college athletics.. Room had no room number on the outside so we couldn't find it at first, there were stains all over the bedding along with hairs and eyelashes. They were having issues with the water pipes as well and it caused the water in the shower, sink, and toilet to be rusty colored. We ate at the 99 in the hotel and we couldn't have anything other than bottled water. What's funny, I have a friend who stayed down two days later for work and was in the same exact room. The same exact comforter and bedding was on the beds for him as they were for me. How I know? I will never forget the pinkish white blanket with what looked to be bodily fluid stains and where the exact stain was since I have pictures. I even asked for a whole new bedding set and they still gave me stained bedding. All in all, you;d be better off staying in your car then sleep in that dirty place.
