The room was more than what I needed and a little dated (Covid got in the way of planned renovations). However, the room was VERY clean and the staff made me feel right at home. It’s unusual to experience great customer service from every shift but each person working the effort desk speaks and are attentive to your needs. I highly recommend.
This hotel is the absolute best I've ever stayed in. We had an extended stay due to selling our house, and the Residence Inn by Marriott in Danbury was perfect. They were kind, safe and professional during this strange time of Corona, and they were like a home away from home. The accommodations are spacious, the pool is clean and warm, and the staff literally could not be better. Thank you so much to MaryKay, Briana, Brian, Max and Justine for an absolutely top notch experience.
