Main Street Pharmacy

I’m not the type of person who likes to write bad reviews but this place really needs to invest in costumer service and manner.I was recommend to this pharmacy, when I enter the pharmacy I needed assistant with some migraine medicine but the owner seem busy on his phone and didn’t offer me no help. As well I heard him speak badly and make fun of two Spanish costumers who didn’t speak English. The pharmacy is located in Danbury which we’re a city of diversity and this type of insults are just awful and disrespectful. I highly recommend spending your money in other pharmacy who can value and appreciate costumers with proper manners.

Despite our numerous requests for cancellation of service, this pharmacy has been forcefully filling our medications and sending it. We clearly told them that we have switched pharmacy yet they have not reverse the prescriptions for over a week. This is intentionally so i can not pick Up the medications from another pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy, went here for the first time years ago, almost by accident, and I'm so glad I did because I will never go to another pharmacy again. The staff is so nice and accommodating and if you need them to deliver they will. I'd give them 100+ stars if I could.

The staff at Main st pharmacy are incredible. They truly are like family. No matter what the circumstance they are always there to help. My meds are always ready as soon as I get there and if they aren’t they call the provider and make sure the prescription is sent. I would recommend Main st pharmacy to Anybody. Thank you for your support guys!!! You’re the best!
