I went in twice about a tire issue and another visit for a tune-up within a period of 30 days. The tune-up went well with an email and call to pick-up. The tire issue was a disaster. The tire went flat after 1 ride, and I am not a serious rider. After the second visit on the tire issue, I was told my tire was replaced which was not correct and a bicycle spoke was causing my issue. My friend took my tire apart over the weekend. He ran the tube through a bucket of water and found the leak. In addition, he then located a metal pin which was poking my tube during my ride later causing the tire to go flat. The bicycle shop should have found this. When I sent an email asking for update on the repair, there was no response. In addition, there was no phone call telling me to pick-up my bike. I had to call to get an update. Finally the price for their tube replacement on their website did not match what I was charged. It was $10 higher, and when I questioned this, I was told the price advertised is for the part. Their advertise price for the tune-up matched what I was charged. I am confused to why the tire tube replacement price didn't include labor. I was from a positive experience on my first visit to extremely negative. I would recommend finding another bicycle shop for your repairs.nnIn response to the owner, they did not fix the issue on my second visit. The spoke wasn't the issue. I rode the bike one time and the next day the tire was flat again. This is when I had a friend come over and take the tire apart. There was a small pin in the tire poking the tube. In addition while I did take my frustration out by saying I was not coming back again, your employee told me I was not welcome back at your establishment.

Your wedding day, the birth of your child, the day you pick up your bike from Bethel Cycle Works! Its been a week since I brought my bike to Bethel Cycle Works to get it assembled and it has been the best week of my life! I brought my bike in which was in pieces and gave them a box of lemons and these awesome guys were able to make me the sweetest lemonade! Picked it up the next evening ready to ride, thankfully they had all the random spare parts that I needed in order to get it built. Kevin was a life saver and made my birthday weekend the best ever by using his expert knowledge and sharing his advice. It was cool even seeing help another customer who was new to the area and give that person tips on nice places to ride in the area. If you're looking to purchase a bike or if you have one that needs to be tuned up and upgraded, this is the bike shop for you

Amazing. Bethel Cycle Works stands out from the crowd. So nice. So knowledgeable. Great customer service. They fixed some problems whose solutions had long evaded other shops. Plus, they found ways to do it while saving me money, rather than taking the easy way and replacing a bunch of stuff. They've gained a customer for life.nnNot to mention that they still have bikes to sell when all other shops are having trouble (covid) getting supply. Nice work, BCW!

Virtually impossible to do business with. Don’t waste your time. Wanted to repair one bike and buy 2 new ones. I was fully prepared to spend several thousand dollars today. They are open by appointment only and wasted my Saturday. Ridiculous practice and signs on door warning customers not to knock. I suspect they won’t be in business much longer.

So I got a brand new bike and it turns out I completely assembled it wrong; my handlebars and gear shifters were on backwards. Also, I was using the quick release on my wheel horribly wrong. The staff helped teach me how to properly use my quick release, while waiting patiently for me, to get it right. He ended up taking time out of his busy day to flip my handlebars and gear shifters for me as well, so I could ride with my buddies that same day. I wish I could give an extra star as well! Definitely would recommend!
