Good items in stock but understaffed. It took a while for me to get a manager to help me because some kid at the front cash register didn’t even know what a parka was! The store could be a little bit cleaner but then again if they were fully staffed this wouldn’t have been an issue. They told me to come back in two or three weeks when they anticipate warmer winter coats for men will be in stock.

Love shopping here for athletic wear and for the north faces during the winter. Prices are high for some items but reasonable on others. Friendly staff. Was helped by a girl named Emma who was very enthusiastic and even cracked some jokes with my kids.

Not any more for hunting. Zero hunting department. They dropped it. But be careful and don’t waste a trip; they will still search up as a source for hunting gear.

Clean store and well laid out. Staff has always been friendly. Surprising to find so many negative reviews about that point specifically. At the end of the day, its a sporting goods store. The floor is typically staffed by younger people, and some of the sections - golf, fishing, etc have some people mixed in with some degree of experience. Have never left disappointed.

Hard to have worse service. Had to find someone to help, they had no idea about the inventory in there department. Told us to go to another store. When she asked coworker for help, it was in a go along with me way. I had to find the item on their website, and then prove they had it. Lol. Guy couldn't find what the girl said they didn't have. My daughter kept looking and found it herself. What terrible customer service. They better up their game, there will be a lot of non essentials looking for work soon.
