Very friendly and helpful staff, guy who helped me find a good water bottle/cage combo for my frame. When I was checking out he showed me a bunch of local trails I could ride and a quick overview of the trails at different areas. Was hoping to find some carbon bars in stock but no luck.
Super friendly. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic without trying to upsale anything - just sharing a love of biking. Much appreciated the help, and looking forward to trying out some new trails per recommendations!
Patrick sold us two Trek MTBs with Bosch motors... he's a fount of knowledge re e-bikes. When we picked up our bikes we were greater by Matt who has a wealth of knowledge and of the local trails... he said call anytime for further info. Best place!
Mark helped me with my noisey-geared bike, he threw the bike on the stand and did his magic. It took minutes, and he explained why the problem was occurring. The staff is personable and fun to talk to. I was out the door in a jiffy and it wasn't expensive. They could have put me on a wait list and charged me a lot more if they were in it just for $.
Took our bike in with major derailleur problems. They put on the new derailleur hanger that I brought in for no charge, then fixed the derailleur cable and even salvaged the bent derailleur itself. Great mechanic, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable about all the bikes. You can tell they really care about making sure every customer has an awesome biking experience. So happy we were referred here by the REI bike mechanic.
