We had a construction error on the roof which caused condensation in the above crawl space. Cody gave us an estimate, suggested what would prevent this from happening again.nHe and his crew were great, did everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him.

HUGE shout out to Third Generation Roofing and Gutters. Cody was able to come out and inspect our Roof the same day and fixed some issues within 2 days (only because rain delayed him a day). I had been dealing with issues for months with another company. That Company would make promises to show up but then nothing. Then I had another company quoting me around $2,000 for the work and told me I needed a roof on a 14 year old home. After getting my insurance involved Third Generation Roofing was able to confirm exactly what my insurance company said. They were able to fix it for a couple hundred bucks vs thousands or even a new roof! Thank you Cody for saving our roof and our pockets! So if you're looking at this because you're having an issue, call them already. You won't regret it!
