Quality Inn & Suites

I’ll start this by saying the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. His service was great and made the check in and refund process easy. He’s the reason this place deserves 1 star.nMy fiancé and I walked into our room and we could tell immediately that it was not up to any cleaning standards. I pulled back the covers to check the sheets and immediately noticed a stain on the sheets. I called to the front desk and was informed they were fully booked so he could not move me, but offered bring me another set of sheets. I accepted. However my fiancé was worried so she went into the bathroom and every single towel, hand towel, and wash cloth was dingy and very obviously dirty. The comforter was stained as well. Once the gentleman at the front desk arrived to our room with the sheets, we showed him everything and he confirmed that it was all dirty. He offered us a refund and to check out. And we did. We were in the room less than 15 mins.nnPlease do not stay at this Inn.

Front desk polite and lobby was nice and clean. However, room was DIRTY. Lamps are dusty, space between the wall and AC unit was filled with dist and cobwebs, AC unit itself was unkept, trash on the bathroom floor, tub didn't drain well, bathroom mirror dirty, microwave dirty, fridge is not working well-not cold enough, 2 dead lightbulbs in the room. Definitely needs work. Housekeeping and property manager needs to get it together.

I would rate this place 2 and half stars.The room in itself was clean saw no damage.The front clerk was polite and helpful.This hotel is used by permanent residents it looks like.The outside grounds were a little unkempt.The ice machine was down right disgusting. There's a bar or something up on the hill loud music was heard all night outside the room but at least on my side was not heard in the room.Its right smack on middle of town so shopping and restaurants are close by.There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the property.We had pizza from memory lane pizza just around the corner.

BED BUGS.... AND ALL THEY WILL OFFER IS TO CHANGE YOUR ROOM. STAY FAR AWAY.nI WAS THERE ON JULY 4TH 2020. IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY A LITTLE MORE A NIGHT I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO SO. MY CHILD HAS BEEN BITTEN BY BED BUGS AND I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. JUST STAY AWAY AND THE 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CANT POST THIS WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST 1. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL SUCKS FROM STAFF TO THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SMALL, DIRTY, STUFFY BEDBUG INFESTED ROOM. RUN FAST.

Room look nice but once you look in deep its disgusting towels with stain and spider web on the A/C, A/C beauty work on a hot night.. night staff was great morning staff told them about it and said sorry will try to clean Depp next time my first visit and last they don't appreciate you staying there
