Such a warm, inviting family and house. The mansion is kept immaculate, no dirt or dust anywhere, take your shoes off and relax! Lovely, clean rooms and well-upgraded bathroom fixtures. It’s the wonderful vibes of the Victorian era with the newage comfort of proper bedding, glass shower doors, and delta faucets. What’s not to love?? Then there’s the well cultured family within who is just a blessing to have had the pleasure to stay with, but I’ll let you meet them yourselves. If you’re traveling as a vegetarian, vegan, celiac, etc this is low key the place for you. Please let them know specially how you eat before arrival and they’ll surprise the heck out of you for breakfast.

Best place I have ever been. The owner is super friendly and caring. Made me feel welcomed.

Our stay here was enchanting and charming. The mansion is clean, quiet and beautiful. It is also a genuine slice of history, full of stories, antiques and resources to help you dive right in to another era. The owners were knowledgeable and thoughtful with every detail of the place. It is the type of BnB experience that makes you want to find excuses to return to the area just so you can stay at this place again.

This is a beautiful B & B with a lot of history behind it. Our hosts Bill and Lori are two of the nicest B & B owners we've had the pleasure of getting to know. Every morning we were served a delicious breakfast and Bill and Lori would come out and talk to us about the mansions history what our plans were and places we should try to visit and places to eat. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Actually for as large as the Mansion was it was the cleanest B & B we've ever stayed in. We hugged and bid them adieu (not goodbye) since we plan on going back to visit again (in the spring) since we didn't get to see/visit every place we wanted to due to the weather. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

My husband and I stayed in a large 3rd floor room, we had our own private bathroom, which was clean and updated for a house that is so old. Lori and her husband Bill were eager to share the history of this house and the importance of it regarding the towns history. We look forward to visiting again.
