We have our Business Meeting at this location every week. Friendly staff and excellent food. They are doing some renovations, and making it very nice!!

I must say that the overall stay at the hotel was really great. I will say that the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was good. Being with a group, it was very organized. However, One thing that i was disapointed about, was the fact that there is a beautiful piano in the lobby area, Yes, a Yamaha, which is a higher grade instrument, and one major thing that it needs, is a MAJOR tuning.nI enjoyed playing it however it would have been better if it was in tune a little more.nThanksnJohn Simkovich

The only reason this hotel is getting 1 star is because I have to. That said, the one star is for the bartender Danielle who did and amazing job taking care of the party I was with during my stay. The rest of the hotel staff was cold, unwelcoming, and extremely rude, especially the head maid and the GM on call the night we were there. There was a complete lack of customer service. I felt unwelcome. Sleep in your car before staying here.

I was originally booked for 2 nights, but needed to stay an additional night and the staff accomodated my request. The staff was great from the check in to check out. The room was clean. The room wasn't equipped with a flat screen TV, but it did the job. The onsite lounge/night club was outstanding. The public bathroom was clean. The fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi were great. BTW, it centrally located to all the happenings in York.
