Econo Lodge

I lead remodel teams and sometimes have to put rooms for my team in my name. The guy who checked us in only took my I.D. So the next morning when my employee locked herself out of the the lady at the front desk would not give them a key to get back in. She called me and was completely rude. She also made my employee stand outside until I arrived. Upon arriving I was furious. She still wouldn’t give us a key but eventually had housekeeping open the door so she could get her stuff out. Major power complex. We will be here for two months so that’s how much money they get to miss out on.

I wish they had the courtesy to actually change the sheets and clean the rooms. It took me three rooms to be able to feel comfortable for me to put my head down. Cigarettes ash in non smoking room and roaches and centipedes and bed bugs on my life I will never again. Stay at Econo Lodge.

I had paid for an extra night after my other two nights were up, and the day I had paid for the extra night they had a fire at the building. Went into the office to sign a paper and the told me it would take 3 days for my refund. NEVER refuned my money, they keep giving excuses and telling me the office is closed. Clearly isn't if your answering the phones and asking how can I help you. Never will I stay there again.

The motel is run-down needs renovation badly no smoke alarms in the motel have major problems with checking in the motel this motel loves to. Discriminate a paying customer this motel doesn't want to give you a room receipt for your stay my advise if want to be robbed stay in this motel and you will be directly and indirectly there are better hotels in York definitely not the econo lodge

We just checked in and after We get to Our room, there is no Tv . I call the office and explain they are giving excuses .they should have told us before they took our Money! Terrible!! Unacceptable!! Will not be back, no refund!
