Broadstone Indigo

Love this complex! Small, quiet, clean, and friendly. Not a lot of traffic or noisy neighbors. Maintenance crew that always gets the job done in a timely manner. I can't even complain about the pig farm cause I never smell it. For this being my first place on my own, I can't complain!

I've seen 15-20 managers come and go in ten yrs. Lost my rent check a few times. Took maintenance more than two weeks to fix AC, ten days after calling BOOM! Heatwave! So embarrassing that a Uber driver let me and the family come over and hang out in his garage (air conditioned) at night. I was one of the first tenants when these homes opened. *Update* Something to consider; our AC unit was broken for the whole two weeks of the June 2017 heatwave. The entire time!!! Management was fully aware that my child was only 5months. ***You have been warned****.

So far so good :) I love the floor plan and the gas stove. I love the big patio area and of course the big tub. The area in general is nice and clean. Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin. I can hear everyone lol.

I love this property, the ladies in the office are always nice and willing to assist. Only downfall, more control on the residents at night...haven't seen the security patrol in awhile. i would like to feel secure again in knowing someone is patrolling the property.

Been at the property for nearly 2 years. We love it. Never have a problem getting things fixed. They take care of issues as they arise. Great staff.
