Desert Eagle RV Park

This place was the nicest military family campground that we have ever stayed at. The grounds were beautiful. The sites were nicely spaced with plenty of mature trees and privacy. There is a nice walking trail around the campgrounds, great for walking the dogs. Very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend.

Real good deal for DOD nice park but a bit far if your spending much time in town. Only downside is no internet, they have WIFI but it is so weak you can't even connect to it. May be better in other spots on site but I drove around trying to connect just to download email and never could connect. The park is clean and some sites have trees. the pads are decent sized and have easy access.

Stayed here for the month of February 2020. It was perfect. We stayed in the new section of pull throughs with nice flat, level paved sites. Some people will find it a little cramped but we didn’t mind at all. Had a playground for the kids and a dog park for the furry kind. Staff were very accommodating to our situation (had to keep extending). One of the CLEANEST parks we have been to. We can’t wait to go back.

Nice people, clean bathrooms, the $24 spots are gigantic. Have to be a DOD ID holder of some kind because it is on the Air Force Base

We were here 3 years ago. Now it's like night and day. Is an EXCELLENT area to stay. Air show daily thanks to the 99th Air Squadron. RV sites are beautiful and maintained excellent. Lots and lots of room. If you have pets, remember the ground is HOT. we have shoes for our dogs to protect their paws so they can go on pavement or rocky terrain. One thing I'd change. Add a swimming pool for use by both dogs and humans. The heat is a killer. Even offer a pet day care center. Thank you.
