Holiday Inn Express & Suites York

Always clean and cheery with a GREAT staff. I stay here monthly and it's like visiting old friends. Lots of covid rules now besides mask wearing: no automatic housekeeping (fine with me, I can make my own bed and get fresh towels from desk), no workout facility and no hot breakfast.nDog friendly with a clean grassy area: thank you fellow dog-owners for picking up.

Front desk was great! The room was fine except THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A BARE BOXSPRING!!!! So uncomfortable that neither of us got any sleep. After coming from out of state and enjoying the view this was really disappointing.

The ladies at the front desk both yesterday and today were absolutely lovely and genuinely kind. They let us check in early as well. The rooms were clean and to our satisfaction. Thank you for your service!

Toilet and sink backed up... smell liked old cigarettes avoid this place not worth $

Not that bad of a hotel. It's a bit outdated but still kept up with. Kept clean. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good wifi service.
