Very pleasant and helpful. Recycle ♻ufe0f which I admire. Rooms are clean with fridge and nice breakfast bag plus can get coffee or other breakfast food from them too. Highly recommend tbem.

Very clean hotel. I felt they took all covid-19 precautions and made guests feel comfortable. Nicole at the front desk was always kind and friendly with answering my questions about the local area and hotel facilities. Highly recommend.

The GM Chris was absolutely fantastic from day 1-2. He went above and beyond to make our short stay a great one. The hotel was very neat and clean and our room was spacious too. I have it 4 out of 5 stars only because the pool and 1st floor bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. Other than that I'd def stay here again. Thanks Chris and Hampton Inn!

Well: to start this was not our 1st choice hotel. We had a problem at the original hotel we reserved and after 8 straight hours of driving and it being near midnight, this was kind of the last resort. We were given room 206 at 1st. As usual we inspected the room and furniture and sheets etc. Found a bed bug(picture). Notified the front desk who offered us a different room on another floor. We(being tired and just wanting to get sleep) accept this. Also inspected that room. (303) That one looked fine. Desk staff told us that a manager would be contacting us about this issue before we checked out...never happened. Have emailed them...nothing yet.nCons: hard cement beds, apparently bed bugs, paper thin floors and walls, cleaning of touch surfaces are not so good(remote control).nPros: self cleaning elevator buttons (claims)

Staff was very courteous and kind. Room was very clean. Reasonably priced. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
