Folks here are very friendly! I came in looking for a simple item, and they had it. They are very welcoming and the place just has good warm vibes... maybe it's the smell of new ski boots or maybe it's the coffee! keep it up!

What FANTASTIC service! They patiently went through a dozen different boots until they found the right ones...and then, because they were just a little-off on the fit - they ordered the next size up (b/c they didn't have it in-stock) and held them for me until I could get back-in for a final fitting! No up-sell, just solid advice on where to get the best bang for my buck! Thanks to everyone there - you've earned a customer for life!!! :)
