What a great shop. Had an above average experience. My shifters had some issues, I called and they were happy to look at it. All of the staff went the extra mile to take good care of me. From going outside to look at the bike so I didn’t have to wear a mask, to sending to out someone that was the road biking expert to help me map out a 100 miler. Pick up was swift and the price of the service was fair. I would spend my money here every time I am in Whitefish.

We had a wonderful experience. We got the latest equipment with excellent customer service. Max offered to get our 4 year old a tag-along bike that attached to the back of mine so she could “drive” with us. We all had a blast!

Super helpful staff. They are a busy establishment, and Mike went out of his way to check my bike twice to make sure I was purchasing the correct product and answer all my questions. I’m just traveling through, but all of the businesses I’ve encountered in Whitefish have provided exceptional service!
