Ramada by Wyndham Greensburg Hotel & Conference Center

I couldn't say anything better about this place. I think they plan on getting rid of it but it's definitely a historic gem in our area. I will definitely miss the bands, the prospect lounge, and the conferences. There could be so much done to improve this place so that it's a very great hotel. IBecause of the vivid all the hotels have shut down the pools and buffets under the governor's orders so it's not their fault. I think if they would appeal it more to kids and conference centers it would be a appeal to visitors and wedding parties. I think also the casino players are going to need a place to stay when they open. Sorry to see it go.

My family and I were going to a wedding in Greensburg. We called to find out some information about the rooms and the phones weren't working. We called the provided 800 number for customer service. We were told that the weather was bad there and that may have caused the phones to go down.nWhen we got there, it looked like it was vacant.nWe got into the room and the TV was too dim to watch and had no display settings somehow.nWe had to go to a rehearsal dinner the first night. When we came back, our key cards didn't work. We had to go to the front of the building to get in.nNext day, wedding day, taking showers was gross. The water wouldn't drain while in them.nTo top it off, the bar and pool were closed. And there was no continental breakfast, as advertised.nThe staff was pleasant, so that was a plus.

I had been here before a few years ago And the place was busy and somewhat updated. I noticed they did update the bathrooms, but they didn't offer the free breakfast because of covid, even though it was advertised when I booked the room. If I'd known I would have found someplace cheaper. The least they could do was offer vouchers for a local place to eat since I noticed the room price was $20 cheaper than when I booked it. The bed was too soft for my taste and hurt my back. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced and paved, too many potholes.

We've stayed in numerous hotels for the past month while waiting for our apartment to become available. Off the many we've stayed this one takes the bottom of the barrel spot. First was the door. it had 1 inch gap that I could see the hallway thru. It was also paper thin. could hear just light footsteps of someone going down the hall. second was the bathroom. we cleaned it prior to using. the washcloth we used was black upon finishing. The wallpaper was falling off the walls thru out. window seals broken so you couldn't see out. mold every where! there were metal things sticking out on the side of the bed about 6 inches. could really be hurt on them if not careful. carpet made you keep your shoes on! This place is HORRIBLE 0 stars are to many! Stay away!!!

4.0 and 3 stars? One big nope. The only positive thing about this place was the employees. Our 3 nights here turned into 1 after our 6 hours of sleep.
