Very unprofessional property management &nsales staff. Managed by RIMCO. Beware do notnmove here. Bait & Switch no access to propertynmanagement office. Treat you well during salesnprocess but after treat residents terrible. Theynbully residents and raise lot rent every year.nThey act like they are doing you a favor to letnyou live here. The water & sewage managed bynRIMCO. Water bill fluctuate greatly when usagenstays the same. Water is disgusting. Advice Don’t Move Here. You will regret it. HORRIBLE!

We cannot wait to move from here. The office staff and managers are beyond rude. When we moved here, it was a different manager. You are overcharged on lot rent and they include no services for the seniors. Terrible place.

We love living there!!! Highly recommend it...

Asking price too high for amount of work needed. It needs a fair amount of work including a new roof.
