Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh New Stanton

The staff were accommodating with putting me in a room with little foot traffic so that my dog would not get anxious. The room was fine. My one complaint is that I did not see a single staff member wearing a mask. We are still in the height of a global pandemic and masks are the only real defense against spread of respiratory droplets. The glass divider at the front desk is not enough. I’m glad they are sanitizing surfaces and washing key cards, but they need to have all front desk and cleaning staff wearing PPE at all times while inside the building both for themselves and for the guests.

Lady that checked was extremely rude and more worried about what she had to do before she left at 10. The elevator quit working, ice machine didnt work.

Very nice hotel. I was just visiting so only 4 stars but I'd definitely consider staying here.
