Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensburg

Jill was very helpful & the whole staff made our stay very enjoyable. One idiot guest from somewhere that doesn't have microwave ovens burned a muffin & caused the fire alarm to go off. The staff responded swiftly & cleared the smoke.nOur room looked very clean & smelled fresh. The bathroom was spacious & shower was easy to operate & adjust the water temperature to my liking. Well worth the cost.

Do NOT book here if you are looking for a location with a pool! The pool is to be open from 6am to 11pm. We have stayed here twice recently and both times the pool has been either closed for the entire day (2 of the 4days on our last stay) and when it was open it would not open until 7pm. This is our 2nd stay we have been here for 2 days the 1st it opened at 4pm and today again not until 7pm. What upsets me the most is Prior to booking I called and was assured that the pool issues had been resolved! Considering it has not opened on time either day they clearly lied!!!

It was an ok stay. But afterwords they claimed I stole a pillow and charged me $30 for this pillow. I would never have taken a pillow from a hotel. Mainly for the fact that I’m an honest person and everyone knows that pillows from a hotel are not always the cleanest. I would like to be contacted and have this charge taken care of because there is no reason to charge me when I didn’t take anything

We rented two rooms for the weekend because we were in town for a funeral. Our main reason for picking this hotel was because breakfast was included but what we got was a pack of dry cereal and a granola bar. We ended up having to pay for breakfast at Dennys each day.

I had the best most relaxing stay. Jill at the front desk was amazing and took very good care of me. I will definitely be staying there again.
