Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region

The staff has been wonderful and the suite is nice but between the broken lamp and eye lashs extensions not cleaned up. Took away from my romantic experience with my guy. Plus no elevator, had to lug my luggage up stairs. I need the exercise but still, I like the balcony. Also there is a lot of dog poop by door 5. The staff were very understanding about late check-out. I love the jacuzzi and had a great time.

Room was rundown, with shoddy, amateur maintenance like the worst ceiling repair job I've ever seen. Walls were in need of repair and a cleaning. Tub was gross and lip at the bottom had numerous cellar spiders. The area has them so one is forgivable, but I disposed of four. Lastly, the vending and ice area on our floor smelled like a hot gym bag. Folks were nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff is doing okay, but the brand and price instill a reasonable expectation of condition and quality that are not being adequately met.

Room felt more like a motel as opposed to a hotel. This comfort inn is in need of proper maintenance and updating. Bathrooms were dirty and the room had creepy crawlies. I would not recommend.

No complaints whatsoever. Very quiet, clean and the staff were all super friendly and polite. MAJOR Covid protocol set and followed completely by all here, that was very much appreciated.

This was a very clean, comfortable quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to check in and out. We got a room right on the ground floor by the side door and we could walk right to ihop.
