CALL ELEVATE FIRST...During the busiest work season Thomas actually returned my phone call and made time to inspect our wind damaged roof. He explained products and warranties, work crews and time frames. He assured us he'd advocate for us with our insurance company (that tried to lowball us for a partial replacement) to ensure our roof was replaced completely and properly. His professional and personal staff followed up with a letter of introduction, written estimate and follow-up friendly phone calls. The installation crew was a model of work ethic, clean, quiet (as roofing can be) and worked 12 hours a day to get our roof done on time.nThe end result was a beautiful completely new roof and our insurance paid for everything but the deductible.
