Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Washington at Meadowlands, PA

My stay here was pleasant and comfortable. Everything that I needed was in close proximity of Country Inn and Suites. The receptionist was nice, helpful and friendly.

I chose this hotel specifically for airport pickup, I even called the day before my arrival to be sure there would be airport pickup. The day I arrive, after flying 10+ hours, they tell me last minute that their driver couldn’t come and that they have problems on the weekends/evenings finding a driver. If that’s the case why not be honest and say that ahead of time or have some warning on their profile so that customers can make an informed decision? Additionally the manager mentioned she would be able to give a 15-20 % discount and it still has not been credited to my account. The bathroom was also dirty. With hair on the floor and a dirty shower curtain. For all the stress it was not worth it and I wish I had chosen somewhere else.
