Holiday Inn Express & Suites Washington - Meadow Lands

We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was excellent and the hotel was very clean inside and out! Our room was very cozy and quiet! The pool and hot tub are open, with a 15 person maximum for your safety! Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely perfect! Very friendly staff and an Extremely clean room! Pool and hot tub was just what we needed.

They are not serving hot breakfast because of the COVID 19, which we understand. But I went down to the lobby twice and no one was there to give us the cold food they are giving out now. When my husband went a third time it was 9:15 they told him they stop serving breakfast at 9. We are not mind readers...if no one was there the first 2 times and the last time was after 9 how were we supposed to know? There should be a sign.

I stayed here for work for about 2 months this year (2020), the service was decent but room was never stocked with towls and only cleaned every 5 days. After leaving I made a reservation for a couple weeks after but because of covid19 my job was canceled. I called and canceled my reservation with them prior and then a a couple weeks later noticed a charge for $95 on my account. The manager refused to refund my money for the fraudulent charge even though I had canceled my reservation. The hotel is nice but because of the manager I will not be back; I had stayed here 3 prior times spanning 6 ot 7 months in total. Thats bad service so 1 star; wish I could give none.

Clean premises. Staff was excellent, Colt, the night manager was what is expected from a great employee. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice. Transportation available, nice to go to casino.
