Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh SW - Southpointe

Extremely clean, very quiet, new hotel. We ended up staying five nights. Each staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I even had to do laundry during my stay and that facility was extremely clean. Highly recommend.

First of all, I want you to know that I have traveled probably more than any person you’ll ever meet. I’ve been around the world many times, however I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and I go back several times per year to visit family and friends.nThis past week was the first time that I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Canonsburg, PA. My brother made the reservation and said it was a great price and a great location.nI cannot say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff. Looking around the lobby it was clear this is a beautiful and well-kept hotel. Everything was spotless, perfectly stocked, and very warm and welcoming. The front lobby has a beautiful large fireplace and a great large screen television and tons of comfy seating and tables. Very cozy! They have a nice private room with printers, etc so you can get work done when you need to. Our hotel room was beautiful, had three beds (two large beds and one pull out couch that was very comfortable). The breakfast buffet in the morning is plentiful, delicious and healthy. Perfect oatmeal with all the toppings, two types of omelettes, yogurts, fruits, bagels, sweet rolls, and even a machine that makes pancakes. I’ve never seen that in any other hotel! Oh, and every type of hot beverage you could want. I used the gym each morning and it was extremely clean and very nice. The indoor swimming pool was also awesome. All I can say is, if you are going to Pittsburgh and the location of this amazing hotel is in any way near where you’re going - you’ll be wasting your money if you stay anywhere else besides this hotel. It is excellent! I really, really enjoyed this hotel and I will be very happy to go back as soon as possible. Thank you to all the staff!

We had 2 rooms, 4 adults in one and 2 adults and 3 children in the other. Plenty of room. Side by side rooms, pool was perfect, staff excellent and breakfast had multiple choices for the kids and adults. I’ve never had these many choices with a complementary breakfast! I would rate this hotel as a 5 plus. We felt very safe! Front desk very personable and welcoming THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
