Quality Inn & Suites

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel room was dirty, the walls were paper thin. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to sleep on the sheets/pillows. I was glad I had brought my own blankets. I refused to use the shower/tub and the towels. Also the carpet looked very dirty like it hasn't been properly cleaned since the early 2000s. The furniture was tattered and worn.. The hallways smelled of smoke and so did the room.. I wanted a refund but didn't want to waste my time. The staff I encountered was nice but this hotel needs an overall makeover and extremely deep clean. Just pull everything out and start over. I will never stay at a Quality Inn ever again. But its my fault for choosing a hotel last minute.

Made a reservation long before I planned on arriving, glad I did. There were probably 50-60 firefighters in the parking lot having a party (not begrudging them at all, but since there were so many, there wasn’t a place to park my big blue truck) Staff took care of them, got me in my room and off to bed I went. The room was huge. Two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. More than I needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to. Plenty of food nearby. I would stay there again.

No elevator in building-B !!!! Probably they bought a cheap neighboring motel and added to their property. That's fine, but you have to walk in cold to building-A to do check-in process, to seek help from reception, and even for getting coffee and breakfast.nVery good breakfast though. Even in covid time, they gave very good hot breakfast. That's the reason I recommend this place.

Would not recommend even in a desperate situation. We booked online sight unseen an hour before arriving only because we needed a place to rest late at night. Less than desirable area, the front entrance was not clearly marked and we could hear every happening on both sides of us as well as in the hallway. There was a used q-tip on the carpet in our room, old food under the lip of the bed and someone else’s hair in the bathroom. The best part tho was that housekeeping knocked on our door literally five times. Apparently check out is at 11:00am— which is not only abnormal but not posted. After the fifth time we let the housekeeper know that we didn’t realize check out was at 11am but would hurry. The front desk called twenty minutes later and the same woman at our door rudely asked if we were doing to pay for another night. Apparently they have nothing else to do, including properly clean the rooms, but accost hotel guests. The front desk manager was somewhat receptive when I complained and offered a discount which I declined. I was just glad we were leaving and our stuff had not been stolen in the night. Overall, pay $20 more to stay elsewhere and don’t bother allowing online hotel booking to give you a “deal” for them to book the hotels.

Very clean and safe! Staff very friendlynThis hotel is perfect for the price. We stopped over on a road trip and it met all of our needs and beyond! Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot in the room!
