Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

The room was nice aside from the blood stains on the pillowcase. Dinner wasn't very good. There are a lot of restaurants around I would recommend ordering from instead. Breakfast was great. The staff was nice.

We had a comfortable stay during the July 4th weekend. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was good. I suggest paying for breakfast while booking the rooms as it's only $10 per night, otherwise it would be more expensive. The best part is that this place is close to the falls and the bridge, which is what Twin Falls is famous for. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent service here! We enjoyed the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast is currently cook to order which was great. Room was just what we needed for our stop on a long road trip for work. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! If you love yourself and your family, you will never book this hotel. I know I will never do it again. Me and my wife decided to celebrate my birthday in Twin Falls, Idaho. Booked this hotel. Few minutes after entering the room I wanted to make some coffee for us. After following all the instructions on the coffee machine, apparently it was a broken Keurig, hot water burst into my face. The attendant that came into the room to help us, started laughing uncontrollably, like it was a comedy show. Talked to a manager and she did not even care, did not say that she is sorry or anything of that sort. Wanted me to fill paperwork while my face was burning. General manager called later and instead of apologizing and hear what I have to say, felt the need to interrupt me while I was talking and did not care for my side of the story.
