Best Western Plus Twin Falls Hotel

We had broken down in twin falls and had been calling around everywhere for a hotel . Best western plus was able to accommodate us and our puppy. They were so nice and kind and made us feel so welcome when we were all stressed out. The pool and rooms were so nice and the pool was open 24 hours so the kids had so much fun! If you want great service and a fun time please come here!

We always stay here when we travel through this area. The hotel did a nice remodel and it looks good. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The pool and fitness center are open 24 hours; a very nice feature if you get in late. The breakfast has lots of choices, even in this weird COVID 19 time that we are living in.

The room is outstanding and seem to be pretty much impeccably clean. However I'm only awarding three stars because the very warm & humid area, the 24-hour available both the pool and the hot tub were jam-packed and nobody was even thinking about social distancing much less wearing a mask. In these times that's unsafe.

Nice hotel. Super clean, VERY loud at night though. Wish the door to our room was more sound resistant. I could hear every little thing going on. And I'm a light sleeper, so I really didn't get any sleep at all.

Busy hotel. Head housekeeper was helping to check guest in. Finally got checked in and went to our room. Door was open, hotel locked pushed out. Went downstairs to say something and was told that was because the room need to be checked by the head of housekeeping. Fine don’t check me in! We found dirty sheets in our closet. Pool water was all over the tile hallway, just waiting for someone to slip and fall, breakfast was sad. Pancakes where crunchy and hard, milk was warm, breakfast attendant didn’t speak english so if you asked for something she wasn’t able to help you. We left and went somewhere else for breakfast. Housekeeping carts and closets left open all night and in the hallway. Don’t waste your time. Try another place!
