Update: 6.29.2020 Still waiting for my monitoring service. System has stopped collecting energy and my electric bill was high. I have reached out several times to this company and they keep saying someone will get back to me. I have reached out to a lawyer for breach of contract. Stay away from this company. 3 months later paperwork submitted to NV Energy to turn system on. Already made 3 payments for a system that is off. Panels missing pigeon guard and I was told it cost extra, but I got same system as neighbor and he confirmed this is not true. Neighbor recommend this company we are both very disappointed. Shop around. Some reviews here are from employees.

Called a week ago to get a new quote and was told i would get a call, they never call back. I call to verify and they tell me then that they are not accepting any quotes. Had me waiting for their call. Previously had gotten a quote from someone else but no longer works from there and they were not able to help me get that information with a different roof type.

First off, they use sub contractors for these position who come with improper safety equiptment which is scary for a home owner should one of them fall off the roof. Petterson Dean doesn't seem to care about the customer because of the subcontractors they use. It's a $$$$ thing not a customer or as I could see employee thing. It should be about Quality not quanity. Their salesmen sell to elderly people living on golf courses where golfballs hit the roof. Filling the roof with panels that will be broken because of this. Do your homework. It isn't their employees installing and coming to your home. It is some other company coming in doing it.

Steve installed a new tile roof for me on a home we built just outside of the city limits this company is highly professional did a great job I would hire them again for any new roof that I had maybe we'll buy solar from him soon
