Spoke & Wheel Bike Shop

As one of three or four bike shops in Twin Falls, Spoke & Wheel is excellent and always going to be my number one choice. As the oldest bike shop in Twin, they have remained true to their company and their customers. I purchased a bike from them a while ago and it's definitely held up. They've provided great support and service to resolve a couple issues that I've encountered, and even provided me complimentary repairs. This is beyond what I expected and I will never buy another bike from any other store.

Had a bad experience with them working on a bike. Dropped off my bike to get worked on and had to take it back a second time. Still not fixed. Oh well I guess. Never had an issue in the past but maybe they're under New Management.

I'm kind of new to the area and don't know a lot about local hazards, like Goat Head thorns. Mine is an electric assist bicycle so the back tire is a real challenge to repair. I took it in to get both flats fixed after my first ride in my new home area. They were reasonable on the repair and explained how the sealant was going to allow me to have an enjoyable summer on the trail. I do wish they were open more, like on Saturdays, but maybe that changes with the season and when this virus gets under control. They were very helpful and courteous so I didn't want to subtract a star just for that.

I brought two bikes in for a tune up. All they did was grease the chain on one of the bikes and still left me with a flat tire. I called them about it and said that it would be another $20 to replace the tube. I’d think if I paid $60 per bike for a tune up, they’d do more than grease a chain.

Amazing people they helped me with all my needs and dont discriminate you fir what kind of bike you ride.
