The male Asian and female African American pharmacists are very helpful and friendly. I encountered some issues with my insurance when I was trying to refill my birth control. They called the insurance company for me and offered to follow up for me the next day as well. Great work ethnics. This rite aid is lucky to have them.

I called to switch the prescription over to a different rite aid and the pharmacist who picked up the phone was so rude over the phone. There was no reason for him to do so. I asked very nicely and I’m sure it was going to take him less than 3 mins to switch the store. I do not recommend going to this rite aid pharmacy. There’s one three block down where the people are much nicer and polite.

Been coming here for years now. I have never had any issues. Only great, helpful employees and pharmacists. No issues is 5 stars in my book. And there is always parking.

Visit this Rite Aid on 07.04.20. The cashier must have been late coming in for her shift.nThe manager steps out his office and begin screaming at the cashier for being late in front of customers waiting in line.nI politely told the manager, that his behavior was unprofessional, and he should have, waited til there were no customers in line or round to hearnhim
