These guys were great! Best pricing we could find with exceptional service. We rented two Trek rail 7 ebikes from them over the long weekend. Absolutely loved the bikes. If you like to mountain bike you must try this bike! Their service was also phenomenal. They weren't open on Monday due to the holiday but they came down to the shop anyway so we could return the bikes and drive home to Twin Falls. We will definitely rent from them again.

These guys are awesome! My little brother is on bike ride of a lifetime! Ran into problems blew out a rim ! These guys drove 50 miles to help him! Replaced rim and tire ! What can I say about this bike shop I stopped by this shop last week and meet Chris I am touring around the country. I left Rexburg yesterday towards Ashton was headed down 47 and blew my rim out. Chris came out and got me up and running. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Best service I ever received. Thank you saved me

Today, Sheldon went above and beyond by patching together some used parts with new parts and getting me back on the road. Even with my little fix-it issues, I walk away feeling like a valued customer and appreciate the level of service provided.

Incredible staff, great selection online and in store and amazing quality. I feel confident in anything I buy here. The staff is friendly, honest, and helpful. I bought a bike and they helped me get the perfect one for my wife without trying to up sale me, all while making sure I got the best quality and best features/components within my budget. They also are turning up my bike which I honestly feel will work better than new when I pick it up. They are very knowledgeable. They have winter sports gear like snowboards, mountain bikes and a bouldering wall. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to any friends looking for a bike, snowboards or a fun bouldering experience.
