Bought a home and lived here for a number of years.nManagement and owners very responsible to tenants.nBest water in the area; well checked and upkeep timely performed.nGood and bad people for neighbors, just like every neighborhood. Nice community.nThe dirt-road in and out of the park is well maintained. You wouldn't be able to enter, or, leave, in the winter if they paved it.nReasonably priced.

Was NOT pleasant to live at. The road there is more sketchy than the rides at the fair. And the homes arent much better. Yikes.

I live here. It's nice. Generally quiet.

Very run down trailer park. If you're thinking about moving in, I would think twice.
