The response by Rite Aid Corporate to my Review basically trying to direct the conversation off public forum.nnThe issue is the extreme under staffing of the Pharmacist and other personal, and Rite Aid the Corporation Administrators, especially the CEO are fully responsible for this case and others like it
Pharmacy section/ Great customer service . Always fast checkout!! The only thing I dislike is when you call, they tell you that Pharmacy is open until 10pm and that is false. I believe the pharmacy closes at 8pm. Other than that, everything is great.
