I had my toy poodle in my arms shopping in CVS. We just moved and he's not use to the home so I've been taking him with me when I'm able to. I googled if CVS is dog friendly, and online it states CVS is very dog friendly and their policy is to assume all dogs are service animals and to never kick a dog out.nnA worker stopped me shocked and told me my dog wasn't allowed. I told her online it stated CVS was pet friendly, she said there is a sign outside of CVS stating no dogs. When I walked out, I looked for the sign, and didn't see anything regarding dogs.... Just masks. So I'm a little confused about this and think it's unfair that CVS has a policy regarding dogs, which is friendly, but this CVS particularly is choosing not to follow the CVS standard of service.

Waited 40 minutes for a flu shot that I scheduled for an appointment online. I appreciate everyone working through a pandemic but it’s in everyone’s best safety to not have people waiting together inside for long periods of time. I highly advise getting a flu shot somewhere else that can better provide for your and the health care workers safety.

On two separate occasions, I have had to wait more than half an hour for a prescription that was called in ahead of time. Both today and last time, the pharmacists didn’t even start working on the prescription until I came in. Today, I had called that prescription in at 9AM. I was told it would be ready by 1 PM. I came to pick it up at 3:15 PM. I didn’t leave the store with my prescription until 4 PM. The pharmacists at this location are incompetent, plain and simple. The pandemic isn’t a valid excuse because other CVS locations I’ve used don’t have this issue.nWhile I was waiting, I saw the person who helped me refuse to let an older customer with a medical condition use the bathroom. He couldn’t hold it, so went outside and urinated in front of the store. It’s disgusting and inhumane that he’d be refused the use of a bathroom and that they’d let him go outside instead.

The biggest issue with the drive through is the signs are covered to due over growth. I missed the entrance for the drive through and circled around. It is in Lincoln drive before the actual store.nThe pharmacist was very nice and the counter person was helpful. I rated it 3 stars due to the gated trash cans in the drive through smell terrible and the over growth of bushes causing anyone to miss the entrance signs if you are. It familiar with the store
