I was surprised to read that some people have experienced rudeness. I have never found the staff to be rude in the last ten years of using this CVS location. As a matter of fact, the staff have gone out of their way to help when I’ve needed help. It is a busy pharmacy , and yet I’ve never experienced a medication error. And I’m there every month! I think that’s a good track record. And I don’t find the staff to be particularly slow! Those complaining of this would be the first to hit the roof over a medication error.

The very poor quality and service of this store is a clear evidence of poornregional management. The staff is overworked, the floor space of the pharmacy itself is extremely limited for the level activity and number ofnsick people who need help with their medication. This situation is a good example of corporate arrogance.

wish I could give them ZERO stars - they take forever to serve customers - they send email that prescriptions are ready when they are not. They send you to other pharmacies to fill scripts when they are out and then do nothing when the new Pharmacy takes over your script - so you need to go to multiple pharmacies to pick up your pills - the tell you - sorry Nothing i can do- go call your doctor - they simply do not care about their customers!!!
