I called this pharmacy 7 times in the past week to get my prescriptions refilled. I was not told the one medication I need needed refills, when I say need I mean without it I will get seizures and possibly die. I called my doctor about the prescription that I knew needed a refill. When they actually order something from the doctor like a refill I get a text and a call. I am sitting in a rite aid right now waiting for my prescription I had to call my doctor on his cell phone. All I hear from this woman is that its my fault. Her name is Naly. She is very unprofessional, rude and a liar. And I look at my phone and I can see exactly that she did not do her job. And still I am being blamed. This is a pandemic what is going on here? Just do your job. I do mine.nnI got your response and called your customer care team and was told I would receive a call in 48 hours.nnAfter 5 days I called corporate and got to make my complaint. They were polite and apologized. Then the head pharmacist called me to apologize apparently the person I referred to above is simply the pharmacy technician. As far as service from Rite Aid I usually receive excellent service from everyone else who works there. I appreciate that the head pharmacist and the gentleman from corporate reached out and apologized. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Worst customer service. Had a perscription I needed filled. Just got out of surgery I'm on crutches can barely get back to the pharmacy. I tell the pharmacist I need a few things do they carry them. Didn't care didn't check tossed my bag of perscriptions on the counter walked back to her desk sat down on her phone.

Very unprofessional! I came to this rite aid to pick up my grandmother’s prescription, they had a sloppy handwritten note on the door saying closed for 30. Not a specific time frame at all! There was a janitor cleaning up the front area who was not helpful at all, he ignored customers that were knocking asking what time the store would reopen. I called the store and no one answered twice, which I thought was also unacceptable! Rite aid is a pharmacy, a place people rely on for emergency medication. They owe the customer a little more curtesy than this! Very disappointed, and I will be notifying corporate with a picture of the unprofessional sign that was hung on the door!

Every time I call and or come in for a prescription, the pharmacy tech has such an attitude. I thought it was just me but judging from the other posts on here, she’s unpleasant to everybody.
