Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D Alene

Contrary to other reviews that I've read this was a nice clean and comfortable hotel. Our Room was clean, linens were fresh, towels were fresh. It is definitely an older hotel but priced accordingly. We paid $139 for a suite with a Jacuzzi tub in the Room. The only reason I left four stars is because I think they could update the Mattresses. We would definitely stay here again

Room was big and comfortable. Lovely view from window. I disinfected tv remote, all door knobs, phone(was gross, never cleaned!), light switches, all was very dirty. Bed was clean. I was told that pool is closed! I really wanted to use it, this is why I booked here. On the paper you may see that it can be used! What is true? I stayed here few times. I will not stay again.

False listing was posted on Priceline. We booked a room last minute to escape the wildfires in Oregon and the room we were given did not have the amenities we were promised. As a group of 3, we had reserved a room with 2 beds and a kitchenette. Upon opening the door, we saw that the room had 1 bed and no kitchenette. We were informed that this was that only available room for the night, and that Priceline had made a mistake with our reservation. We couldn’t cook since we didn’t have a kitchenette and had to have people sleep on the floor. The concierge wasn’t even willing to give us an extra pillow or sheets for the person sleeping on the floor and went as far as to withhold the keycards as we searched for them frantically throughout the lobby thinking we’d lost them.nIt’s been confirmed by Priceline that the room was listed erroneously as it had already been reserved but the hotel refuses to take responsibility. We did not end up staying there the second night that we had booked and the hotel refuses to refund us despite the fact that it was not even the room we had reserved. I’ve been trying to contact the manager but they’ve avoided my calls.nAs a final note, virtually none of the employees were wearing masks. This is legal in Idaho but should be concerning to any more cautious visitors.

Room was comfortable and clean.nnI don't know if I've ever seen such glum staff. We stayed 2 nights and the only smile was from housekeeping.nnI'd love to work here.... In hospitality! Friendliness can make or break a business.

They have a very good hot breakfast with make your own waffles and eggs and sausage as well as juice. They are keeping it open even during covid. They ask that you wear a mask.
