It's cheap, but when we stayed there they had bedbugs. We even saw one in our room but the owner tried to keep us quiet about it. Not bad if you have no other options.

Easy check in. Probably the most run down place ever but a roof above my come dome

Rooms are small, but the manager is decent. Most issue is with some tenants who had their kids taken out of there due to neglect. I'd screen better before letting people in.
