Such a great location! Right on the Coeur D'alene river, gorgeous private beach with a beautiful yard as well as a public park for non residents, beautiful houses and right off of seltice way for easy access.

It's run very well. We r all Senior Citizens here, and at least a couple times every month there r activities at our club house that we can join if we wish. During the week there's coffee, cards and coloring. On a day late in the month is that month's birthday celebration for any whose birthday is that month. It's a great place to live.

Enjoy living here, very clean, yard well maintained also the buildings

Was there for a community sale. What a nice bunch of tenets.
