My first and last time filling a prescription at this pharmacy. I called to transfer a prescription and no one answered until I used the doctors line to get through and they answered right away. The drive through is filthy. I sat in the drive through to pick up a prescription for 10 minutes and no one came to the window. I could see inside and they weren't helping anyone at the counter. I go inside and they were terribly disorganized. Never seen anything like it before.

Twice within one week this pharmacy has dispensed 1/2 the correct dosage of meds for my client. Medications miscounts affect client home health management and medication insurance approvals.n1. Always count your medicationsn2. Evaluate the accuracy of service provided by any pharmacy.n3. I have requested my clients meds be filled at another pharmacy.nnWhat happens to clients who have no one to advocate for them in the presence of incompetence?

No one at this store or pharmacy wants to do they job !! The story pharmacy sent me to another store because she didn’t wanna fill my brothers medicine because she didn’t feel like it and it was filled at another store!!! She didn’t wanna think to offer me a 15 min wait or to come back later in the day she said oh I don’t understand why she can’t go get it from another store!!! When I came in the store to complain about the problem she told me she ain’t got time and she ain’t going back and forth with you call corporate on me I don’t care! So if you don’t care about your customers why are you the Manager. Tried to give the girl the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day! But I just can’t get pass someone who works with people but don’t care about them !!!

Computer generated VM calls to tell you your prescriptions are ready but when you get the place it's not ready. Sitting around waiting for another 10 to 20 minutes. Constantly waiting for someone to answer the phone
