Ramada by Wyndham Ely

The food and service at the Copper Queen is top notch. Very clean and Covid safe. The IPA on tap was a pleasant surprise-will go back every time I am in Ely!!

I checked in *very* late and the front desk employee was AWESOME! She was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was nice after a long day driving.

We were expecting a room with 2 beds and a pullout sofa since we had adults and kids. We got a room with 2 beds and a chair. The place was nice enough. We had to park across the street as there were not enough parking spaces available (we were assigned a room across the street from the main hotel). All said and done, the room served it's purpose, we were needing a place to rest while moving from AZ to OR.

The non-smoking room 207 was spacious and located across the road, and felt a bit unsafe. Not enough light on the street. Cleanliness of the room was 3 out of 5. The cafe in the main building was ok.

Not very appealing. We were in the annex, and it needs a good cleaning. Carpets filthy, front door disgustingly dirty. I wiped down EVERYTHING we might touch with alcohol. Was surprised it was a Wyndham. Had just joined Wyndham Rewards program, so thought it would be a good property. Don't even get me started on the room where the ice machine was. I made my husband go the next time we needed ice, it was so filthy and gross, I refused. Yuk
