If you are looking for a phenomenal place to buy or service a bike, look no further! Two Wheeler & Ski Dealer is top-notch on all accounts. I got my first bike here and it changed my life. I have since purchased several more bikes as my riding has changed and such. I, also, won't take my bikes anywhere else to get tuned-up either. Shane does an amazing job! I always get excellent advise and superior customer service. (Brenda is the greatest!) I will NEVER shop anywhere else for anything cycle related. Great customer service. They fixed and trued my wheel immediately as soon as I walked in. Was out in less than 15 minutes thanks to their professional and helpful staff
Purchased a bike here in the past. Very happy with it. Dropped off another for new tires and a tune up.nnAlso, seemed to be doing a decent job dealing with mask mandates and customers.
Very friendly and helpful staff! I wish my husband bought 2 new bikes and accessories here instead of vertical earth (poor customer service/no personality owner!) I felt very comfortable asking questions as I do not know much about biking. I will definitely be back! Great customer service & that to me is #1! Now my husband is to only give our business here instead of cda stores.
I purchased to bikes from two wheeler and recently went back to buy a bike rack. Chris suggested that I bring the bike rack back with the bikes and he would make any adjustments necessary. He worked with me for some 45 minutes to make sure that it was safe and met his standard. Great customer service! I would not go anywhere else. The shop is always friendly and service orientated.
