A bit disappointed with the staff. We were planning to take bikes to a trail 30 minutes from the shop with our own bike rack but an employee would not allow us to take the bikes because of our rack size. There was no attempt of any accommodation for us with our rack, the employee would not talk to us about other options, he just said no. We were not informed of any parameters as to what our rack size should be in order to take the bikes where we wanted to go, which would have been nice to have an idea. The guy was pretty blunt and rude and did not seem to want to try to do anything to help us do what we wanted to do. We understand that the shop has to take precautions but it just would have been nice to have been treated better. I would avoid going here just because the customer service is poor and they don’t go the extra mile to help.

Phenomenal experience, not only were they the cheapest in town. They don’t nickel and dime you. I am always going to rent from them. I also have brought my bike there and they had helped me out previously at no charge. They are also Great to adjust the seat so you are comfortable when you get riding.

Decided to edit my original post alittle. Company is friendly and very knowledgeable on their stuff. However, follow-through has been a little lacking. Originally scheduled a bike fit back in September, but the owner bailed. Then attempted to do the same with another associate, but after leaving my number a handful of times and being told I'd be contacted, decided to go to another company for the bike fit since two weeks had elapsed. Again, I'll probably use the company in the future for repairs, but was slightly disappointed in the follow through with my fit.

This is some of the best customer service I received in quite a while. Tyler was extremely helpful and set me and my son up with some nice bikes to ride the Hiawatha Trail. Would definitely be back and we'll recommend this place
