Hampton Inn & Suites Wells

Great staff. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything I would expect from a Hilton property. The social distancing set-up for breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was great on Wednesday morning (Jean) and Sunday morning (didn't catch his name). We will be back!

Had a great stay here last night. Friendly staff, and a clean and comfortable room. TV was nice with the option to use streaming. Very comfortable bed and a nice quiet night. Very nice shower with good heat and pressure. Good breakfast with eggs and sausage, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

I arrived early and got a room early. The staff was fantastic BUT my room was not clean. There were finger nails all over the carpet and there was a wet, yellow spot. I didn’t notice until after my nap. They offered to change my room which I declined as I was tired. They did give me a discount though. That was nice and unexpected. The hotel is in a great location, it’s pretty, and priced great. I was just grossed out by the cleanliness of the carpet.

Very new and clean hotel, conviniently located right by hway93, plenty of parking spaces and very friendly front desk.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air amidst the questionable accomodations dotted across the highway systems of western America. Nevada, in particular, was a nightmare...until we stayed here. We travelled with children and this hotel is incredibly clean, well-decorated, and perfect for families. They had breakfast - doing it smartly by having a gentleman running the kitchen to order and providing to-go bags as an option. The cleanliness alone was enough for me to gush about this hotel, much less the great stay in general. We will definitely stay again if we ever need a rest while passing through NV. Thank you to the entire staff!
