This company showed up at my door step saying they were here to paint my house. I told them they had the wrong house and after a conversation they figured out that someone had liked the color of my house and wanted the same color. So they ended up asking me for the code for the paint we used and matched some other colors. It may just be me, but I find it very rude to just show up on someone's door step asking for information about the colors of their house. You had a picture, paint match it with that. What if I wasn't home, would you have snooped around my property to match the colors anyways? Just seemed odd and unprofessional to me.
I’ll give them one star for answering the phone. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, no call, no show. I understand that life happens so I called and scheduled again. The gentleman I spoke with was very apologetic and we rescheduled and they did it again, no call no show!!!!’ I’m done!!
