I was very disappointed with CVS Dallas, PA. Even the male pharmacist was not wearing a mask properly. A mask must cover your nose!!! The clerk and pharmacist had a masks just over their lips and not their nose. They are a drug store and know better. They were being completely irresponsible!!! Right now covid-19 is surging and they should know better. You must wear mask properly!! And that means over your nose!!

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this pharmacy. I have had problems with my prescription ever time I need a refill for the past year. My doctors office has called to complain, but this time it has gotten out of hand. They held a medication and for three days I have been without it, and now facing issues. I'm so disqusted.

I just have to share my overwhelming GRATITUDE for Keith and his staff at the Dallas, PA CVS. He was in the middle of checking out another customer when he heard us ask for $1600.00 in EBay gift cards for a camper we were purchasing online. The contract from eBay looked completely legit, but he warned us that it was likely a scam. So we googled the customer service number on the eBay contract and 622 complaints of scam showed up. People have lost thousands of dollars and Keith saved us from being the next victims. Way to go above and beyond in Customer Service. We have always liked this store, but now we are fans for LIFE!

My doctor sends my prescription over and it’s usually always ready by the time I get there. I have it set up for text reminders which are great, they remind me if I haven’t picked up. I’m able to do everything on the Cvs app without having to call. Friendly staff and enjoyable shopping experience in store.
