If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally have a nice visit each time I go to my CVS, but not this time. I walk up to the counter to make my purchase and the cashier was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Now, I don’t mind typing my phone number into the credit card keypad, but she had asked me if I had a CVS ExtraCare card and I said I did. I started telling her my phone number and she cut me off and told me I can just enter it in the keypad. She barely any eye contact with me and was more interested with what ever was going on in her personal life. She also had no name tag on. What a bad experience. I am so disappointed.
Scheduled a covid test here and they called me telling their machine was broken and to set up another appointment at another cvs. But didnt cancel the appointment on the website so i cant make another appointment. So i called into the pharmicy to ask if they could cancel my appointment and they said they would talk to the minute clinic lady bur it never got canceled so i called the next day and stayed on hold for 45 minutes
